What are Endorphins & What's that Got to do with my Smile?

A quick Google Search will reveal that endorphins are no more than a group of hormones secreted with the brain that have a physiological function. They actually activate the body's opiate receptors, causing an "pain-relieving effect."

Further research will reveal even more amazing facts about this so-called "happiness hormone." Endorphins are associated with feeling enchantment. Dopamine, which is produced when we feel satisfied, resulting in feeling happy, excited and stimulated. Oxytocin, which is linked to relationships and helps us to build bonds with other human beings.

  • Want more happiness in your life?

  • Want to make somebody's day?

  • Create smiles?

May I suggest gift-giving? Yes, give something away…a cake, a toy, flowers, jewelry. Something magical happens when you give something of value to someone just because you love them.

Watch what happens when she puts on that piece of beautiful, comfortable jewelry.

Something happens in your brain that you may not even be aware of. But that "something" (making your heart smile), is working for you "all the while" you're wearing it.

That's why gift-giving is the center of Christmas, birthdays, Anniversaries, Life-events. That's why it's a favorite investment. The joy it brings to the giver, as well as the receiver! That's the real beauty of it!

…Or just give your Smile away…today!
